WhatsApp Communications

We may use the WhatsApp Business API to send you messages related to our Service. To do so, we will use the phone number you have provided to us. By providing your phone number and agreeing to our terms, you consent to receive messages from us via WhatsApp for service-related purposes (e.g., updates, support). For promotional or marketing communications via WhatsApp, we will only send such messages if you have explicitly opted-in to receive them. You can manage your preferences for receiving communications via WhatsApp at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us.

When we send messages via WhatsApp Business API, your phone number and message content are shared with WhatsApp to facilitate delivery. Any responses you send via WhatsApp will be received by us through the API and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: To monitor and analyze Service usage or to contact you.
  • With WhatsApp: When you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp, we share your phone number and message content with WhatsApp to facilitate delivery. Responses you send are received by us through the API.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request assistance in deleting Personal Data we have collected about you. Note that we may retain certain information when legally obligated or for a lawful basis.
